Schools Must Identify NEET Risk From Primary Years

A UK government review led by Alan Milburn will recommend that primary schools identify children at risk of becoming NEET, warning signs visible from preschool. The report comes as over one million 16-24-year-olds are NEET, the first time in over a decade.
