Typhoon Dolphin Hits Japan, Barrels Toward China

Typhoon Dolphin hit Okinawa, Japan, injuring five and cutting power to 14,000 buildings, and is heading toward eastern China, where authorities have closed ports, schools, and tourist sites. The storm also caused flight cancellations in Japan, China, and Taiwan.
